Baked Spasagna

This is another recipe I tried from Plain Chicken blog.   It’s SO GOOD!  Click here to go to her original recipe.

Baked Spasagna

24 oz. spaghetti
32 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
8 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/4 c. half-and-half
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1(24 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Italian sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain.  In large bowl, stir together sour cream, ricotta, half-and-half, mozzarella, spices, and half the Parmesan cheese.  Add spaghetti and toss until well coated.  Pour spaghetti mixture into 9×13 pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.  Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
