Tuna Fish Casserole

My husband taught me this recipe.  He got it from his mother who made it at least once a week for his entire life.  We carry on her tradition in our house.  It’s easy, uses minimal ingredients, and tastes great.

Tuna Fish Casserole

1 box macaroni & cheese

3 tbs. butter

¼ c. milk

1 lg. can tuna, drained

1 can cream of mushroom

3 tbs. seasoned salt

½ bag Lays potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Boil macaroni noodles for 8 minutes.  In a 9×9 casserole dish, mix tuna, cream of mushroom, and seasoned salt.  Set aside.  Drain water from macaroni.  Add butter, cheese packet, and milk, stirring in between.  Fold macaroni into tuna mixture.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Top with crushed potato chips.
